According to articles 13 and 14 of GDPR 679/2016 We provide the following information: AGENCY BROKEY S.R.L. will use your data for the following purposes:
To comply with legal obligations deriving also from local and municipal regulations as well as from civil and criminal law, to comply with any contractual obligations towards the person concerned, credit protection and debt management.
Your data will be processed and stored in electronic format.
It is guaranteed by law that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and the dignity of the person concerned, in particular as regards the secrecy, personal identity and the right to protection of the same.
In relation to the purposes mentioned above your personal data will be communicated if necessary: – to Public Administrations and Authorities, where required by law;
– to credit institutions with which our company has relationships for credit/debit management and financial intermediation (payment gateway);
– to all those physical and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative and fiscal consultancy, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce, etc.), when communication is necessary or functional for carrying out our business and for ways and for the purposes listed above.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The rights in question can be exercised, also through a designated person, by submitting a request to the owner of the company.
